These mystery visits and enquiries are unannounced at the time and the first you'll know we've been is when you receive your report. This will be sent to your e-mail address as a pdf file with any audio recordings embedded. Any unspent mystery customer expense funds will be refunded to you at this point.

Your Questions Answered...
When will I receive my report? Your report will be sent as a pdf file by email to the address you supplied in your order. Your report will be delivered within an average of 3 working days from completion of the assignment.
How will I be refunded any unspent mystery customer expenses? If your order involves our mystery customer spending money as part of the assignment, any funds you've prepaid to us will be set as the mystery customer's spend limit. Any funds unspent by the mystery customer will be refunded to your card or by cheque. This will be processed on the next working day following delivery of your report. How will my privacy and confidentiality be protected? Your order and any details therein will be treated in the strictest confidence by us. Your details will not be passed on to any external organisations without your permission. Your identity as the person/organisation commissioning the work will not be disclosed to any person outside the permanent employ of Service Science Limited. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1984 No. PX3089496 and further details of our Privacy Policy can be found in our "Terms and Conditions" above. We do not store any of your financial details such as credit/debit card information.
How can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order by emailing our online customer service team (details below) within 24 hours of submitting your order . You will be refunded in full less a £10 administration charge. The refund will be made to your card or sent by cheque to the postal address on your order within 5 working days of cancellation of your order.

For competitor mystery visits or enquiries we adopt the Code of Conduct
of the Market Research Society, which includes the condition that "the
length of time spent with a staff member should reflect the market and
the type of enquiry. The time should be kept as short as possible and
should not be seen to waste the competitor’s resources in any way other
than a normal customer enquiry might do."
